In 1998, I worked for a MAJOR Canadian cable channel. I can tell you dirty stories about a lot of people who are considered “pioneers” in the Canadian broadcast ecosystem. That channel had so much churn, it was laughable at the time. No one was lasting more than 6 months.

This was me a year ago. I have lived in this hood for 21 years and across the street from the SIS for almost 12 of them. I'm struck by how self-centred I am about this... and I still am. The SIS made living here easier and more pleasant.

Building a credit history needs to be done by choice. It can't be built on the necessities of life. Food and shelter cannot be part of the game since many of us have to choose between the two every month, and now of govt is torquing it to favour landlords.

MY LATEST BREAK-UP 😢: Had to cancel my @RogersHelps account but of course, they made it next to impossible--kinda like canceling a newspaper subscription. The reason we're spending so much time doing this weird "don't f*ck with cats" thing about the bombing of al-Ahli Hospital in #Gaza is precisely because it's a Christian rather than Muslim hospital. It's important that westerners kinda forget that Palestinians are Christians too. There have been so many more atrocities since. The bombardment of Gaza continues to be illegal. So why are are western pundits soooooo obsessed with this one? If one detail is proven to be Hamas' fault (by a mistake at the very worst) does it make the illegal war less illegal?

They then try to apply this misunderstanding to the issue regarding children’s right to privacy. Many think that children are possessions, and therefore they have the right to know everything about their child’s inner life until they’re 18.
