I read this new education policy 2020 draft, in general It is a well articulated document. Whoever is in power the policy documents are normally drafted with a handpicked words. So no need to go into those ornamental texts of the document.

The policy estimates 6% GDP allocation to the education but let us see how this is going to be implemented.
The introduction section glorify the ancient Indian educational system and it says the new policy will rollout the features of that system.
