@BjCruickshank @StFilansDream It can, but the Treaty of the Union is an international treaty, recognised by the world. In order for the treaty to be broken, there needs to be an internationally recognised democratic process.
A Section 30 is the 'gold standard' but, if there is evidence that Westminster has

I've been at 2 meetings, one with Joanna Cherry, another with the First Minister, where the route to #Scottish#independence was discussed. They both said almost exactly the same thing, reiterated at a recent (underwhelming) SNP Hopin:
