10 tips I wish I knew when I started creating content 7 years ago 1. Original is more important than unique.

Plagiarism is not OK, but it’s perfectly OK to write about something that’s been done before.

As long as you put your own spin on it and truly make it original.

There is value in your individual point of view!

10 things I wish I’d learned sooner after being a developer for 10 years 1. "Soft skills" are tough to learn.

It’s easier to teach someone a new language, like Python, than to change their behaviour, like the way they communicate. Yet, we consider communication a “soft skill”.

Focus on soft skills, they’re the differentiator in most job interviews.
