Please RT Some heads have supported after seeing the government response (that the decision is theirs)

Unfortunately official DfE guidance still remains that only CEV children are supported & CV/CEV parents (who may be more at risk due to age related risk) aren't.

Please RT Hampshire LEA is already doing this after threatening a CEV parent at a fines panel meeting. A team of lawyers from the Public Interest Law Centre turned up in support and new guidelines were issued the following day to revoke previous fines and to support learning.
