Today, Lawfare is launching the Trump Disqualification Tracker—a page created by @hyeminjhan and Caleb Benjamin to track challenges in the states to remove Trump from the 2024 ballot under Sec. 3 of the 14th amendment.

On Wednesday evening, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals issued an opinion granting the Justice Department's motion for a partial stay.

The International Court of Justice has asserted its jurisdiction to rule on the case brought by The Gambia against Myanmar for its alleged genocide against its Rohingya population.
