Today, we filed an amended complaint in Penebaker v. Today marks the 2-year anniversary of when 10 Republican fraudulent electors met in Madison and broke the law in an attempt to sabotage the election - and they have faced no consequences. When someone plans and recruits participants for a set of crimes, we prosecute the architects and the foot soldiers. The same goes for every attempt to overturn the will of the people.

On January 6, some conservatives in office turned their backs on America by inciting armed right-wing militants to attack our Capitol and then tried to block an investigation to cover up their role in this violence. As we learn more about the planning of this attack, death threats against elected leaders, and violence against public officials reveal, some conservative lawmakers - including some in WI - are continuing to spread lies about our election to keep their base engaged and enraged.
