I think that mental health and physical health are too intertwined to be able to look at them as separate issues. I was not a teenager during this scam but due to events at the time when I was, my education , social life, career opportunities, health - both physical and mental 2 health - was impacted in much the same way that young people's is now. I didn't do uni until my mid 30's . I was ill with post -viral syndrome. during GCE's so didn't/ couldn't take up medicine. I never had a social life. While I had a wonderful Dad, he died when I was ten

Shopping on a shoestring - anyone who knows me I love the whole challenge of living on as little as possible so yesterday's 'find' was half a kilo of parsnips and a bag of 10 onions for 10p each, 4 pints of milk for 50p.
Took some left over bacon fat, added all the 2 2 chopped parsnips and chopped onions, fried them, added sachet of pepper free from supermarket some winter savoury and leaf celery I keep on my window. Added one pint of milk and simmered until ingredients soft.
Used some of the flour I managed to get for 10p and some

So I made a perfectly reasonable comment a while ago asking if the fact that Sweden used implanted microchips more was one reason why restrictions were lifted early as they were already hooked up to the financial and health system.
I took one source of info from the @ldmn53 article above and other sources came from the Swedes themselves when I had the privilege of visiting Stockholm just prior to lockdown 2020.
One person on Twitter, questioned my intelligence stating that only ever 1500 were chipped in an expt in 2018. Such rudeness qualifies for

@Dave0london @ldmn53 Good morning Dave. I have scrutinised my research papers and manuscript and adjusted for peripheral nerves. So, I have already suggested alpha-lipoic acid and coenzyme Q10 as well as cholesterol since cholesterol is a major component of all cells. 2 cauli. broccoli, sprouts, eggs, liver and beef ( liver is excellent for many things)
Butyric acid (butter and cheese esp parmesan) aid nerve regeneration
Glutathione and vitamin C ( at least 1000mg)
Acetyl-carnitine improves regeneration

I was looking at nerve repair following on from a post grad study on brain and behaviour, I followed this up with further research on nerve repair mainly in relation to MND and later formed the content of my book on motor neuron disease . Nervous tissue does repair provided you 2 provide it with the right nutrients of which cholesterol is one. as well as lowering the risk of any inflammatory events with diet as you are doing. Alpha lipoic acid is also both water and fat soluble antioxidant and would prove useful as would coenzyme Q10. Let me get back

Foraging for survival – Chickweed @ldmn53
Chickweed is a small annual plant which can be found just about everywhere. It is used to make pesto with (you will need about 2 packed cups full) or it can be used to add to omelettes, sautéed in butter to be used as a vegetable or added 2 to soups and stews.
It has a slightly peppery taste and is useful chopped up and scattered over salads or added to savoury pastries or breads
Chickweed has a long history of being used for healing. It aids the reduction of inflammation and helps to fight germs. Dried and

Foraging for survival – Himalayan Balsam
I went out looking for Himalayan Balsam yesterday. Volunteers have had a purge on it because of its ability to spread like wildfire. The seed pods pop with a vengeance flying up to 4m away.
All parts of this plant are edible but @ldmn53 as they contain high amounts of minerals then it should not be consumed in great quantities.
The seeds are used to make great curries. To gather them – before they explode – cover the seed pods with a carrier bag and let them explode inside the bag. Great fun for all.

The herb celery leaf @ldmn53
I always keep a pot of celery leaf on the window sill.
It’s a great little herb to chop up and throw over food, into salads, stews and soups.
The leaf contains apigenin and luteolin. Both of these substances reduce 2 inflammation and are useful for treating any number of inflammatory diseases.
Agipenin is a substance shown to kill cancer cells as well as slow the growth of mutated cells.
Celery juice also helps to heal and activate the gut by restoring hydrochloric acid Hydrochloric acid

@Dave0London @ldmn53 INF:AMMATION
sodium bicarbonate - is cheap and effective as an anti-inflammatory agent. Moreover, there is very good research to bear this out.
Researchers at the Medical College of Georgia discovered a nerve centre in a cell layer in the spleen that 2 controls the immune response, and therefore inflammation, throughout the body. It is quelled by taking 2g of baking soda in water for two weeks. Can something be that simple? Well, yes it can.
When sodium bicarbonate is taken there is a shift from inflammatory to an

I submitted this review on the basis that the owner unlawfully refused to serve me or my husband because we did not wear masks even though both of us had legitimate medical exemptions.and were not required to do so. @ldmn53 2 One of the reasons you gave for not posting my review was that I could not give a low score based on the proprietor's policies. You don't need a garden to feed yourself with fresh food. Apart from the many free foods growing in the countryside, all you need to feed a family of four is one square metre of space. This can be windowsills whether in direct sunlight or not. I normally take seeds
@ldmn53 from the food I eat and save seeds. I cannot source purslane in the wild atm so have bought a packet of seeds. Purslane is full of omega 3 (anti-inflammatory) with a tangy fresh taste - great for salads or you can cook it. It has slightly reddish stems and fleshy leaves
It also has

0 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm

Sad that schools are taking away the events that children enjoy. There is nothing stopping anyone from organising their own event with like minded others. If you deregister your child then the school can no longer fine you for taking your child out of school without permission. You can always re-register them later.

If you decide to home educate - you and your child can decide what to learn and you do not have to follow the school curriculum.

Don't like history? Then study family history and find out how granny and grandad lived and what they did

@Taste_Swansea well it is always a possibility but it would backfire - less brainwashing and more diversity in home education would make students far harder to control. There has been a move - over a couple from encouraging children to being individuals to cooperating @ldmn53 with others. They stopped learning that they could assert a different opinion and still respect someone else's. Debating was removed, more homework which doesn't work - all designed to keep children from interacting and instead following those in 'authority' with punitive

Vitamin d functions on many levels It's part of the innate immune system & also signals to the acquired immune system (T and B cells) to take up arms after 96 hours It is immunomodulatory in action preventing our own immune system from going overboard & producing cytokine storms 2. Research shows that up to 50,000 IU's can be taken for no longer than one week at times of acute infection. but it must be taken with some fat as it cannot be absorbed otherwise and would be unavailable for the body to use. In +, vitamin D has anticoagulant properties.

1 Citrate can be used as an anticoagulant due to its calcium chelating abilities. For example, magnesium citrate.
Citric acid gives the tang to fizzy drinks and snacks. It can cause adverse effects in susceptible people including rapid weight gain, swelling, numbness
@ldmn53 2 in a study 39% of participants in a grass pollen study for allergies were found to have a sensitivity to citric acid.

They were also found to be more likely to be allergic to limonene - a chemical found in the peel of citrus foods.
