I know you’re mad as hell about the abortion ban that just passed in the PA House on a Friday night and what happened under the cover of darkness in the PA Senate last night.

I’m mad, too. And I’m going to tell you what we need to do about it: 1/ First, let’s recognize that the GOP has been planning to ban abortion for as long as I’ve been alive. This isn’t just about Trump or his SCOTUS appointments. They were just players in the long game to take away our rights. 2/

After two months of GOP members flagrantly ignoring public health and medical experts, insisting on showing up to the Capitol without cloth masks, it is as if we were always headed for a coronavirus catastrophe in the PA House. 1/ While GOP leadership apparently knew about the COVID-19 positive member a week ago, they only told GOP members to self-isolate. Dem members learned about it today from a reporter. They never even informed Dems who were in close proximity with him during Committee meetings. 2/
