With all the slip memes zooming around, I'd like to share something personal (thread): During the '13-'14 @LFC run, I was diagnosed with brain cancer, and started undergoing treatment, including a long stay in the hospital to learn how to walk again when my AWAKE craniotomy... paralyzed the left side of my body. Not only was I facing death at 27, but I also had lost much of what had made me happy throughout my life - the ability to be active and primarily to play soccer. Liverpool at least gave me a connection to the sport I love...
