I want to provide some context for this tweet that makes it even more interesting. From 2011 to 2017, a man named Michael Brennan served as the chair of Scott Walker’s Judicial Selection Advisory Committee. He recommended Daniel Kelly for his current WI Supreme Court seat.
In 2017, Trump nominated Brennan to the 7th Circuit to a seat the GOP held open for 6 years during Obama’s presidency despite there being some great candidates during that time.

At 1:45pm today, the Senate is expected to vote on the confirmation of Steven Menashi to the 2nd Circuit & for a seat once held by Thurgood Marshall.
Menashi’s deeply held beliefs are revealed in offensive writings that denigrade women, callously call claims of racial discrimination overblown, perpetuate dangerous myths about Muslims are evidence of extreme bias & bad judgment.
