Is Tribe's comment a crime? No. In the example above, just as @tribelaw's statement is NOT a crime & MUST be judged by technical SCOTUS standards (like those below); so too must #Trump's speech

Nick, I had a chance to read the #Trump #January6th indictment, and problems I assumed might be in the document, are in fact there.

It's a lengthy indictment, but here is one of the issues.

The DC #TrumpIndictment sometimes takes the opposite view.
