So,

@SouthwestAir has swiftly become the worst airline in the United States.

They cancelled mine and thousands of other flights on Christmas Eve at the last minute with emails like this circulating internally about “staffing issues” days ago only to blame weather. Again. There are people with kids stranded in airports and not even being offered hotels. They cancelled flights, encouraged you to rebook, then literally turned their entire system off. No flights anywhere in the US until NEW YEARS DAY. Customer service just sits on hold then hangs up

The bridge that just collapsed in the city of Pittsburgh was set to be restored in 2016.
