I've been getting tired of MP's standing on the sidelines and criticising current lockdown strategy, yet never offering up their own alternative strategy.

When the Lib Dems did this, I decided to ask what their policy was.. It started with this tweet from the Liberal Democrats who said the Qld 4-day lockdown was not a 'proportionate response'

Fair enough - presumably this means they have some thoughts on what a 'proportionate response' looks like...

Qanons. For a bunch of people who prided themselves on their research ability and deductive reasoning, a few really obvious things escaped their attention..../1 The Q narrative revolved around Trump exposing "deep state" - a day of reckoning was predicted called "The Storm" - all the traitors would be rounded up and there would be hundreds of arrests..../2

IA Youtube video by a self-proclaimed "Ascension Teacher" who claims Donald Trump is a Lightworker evoked scores of Qanutters to profess their faith.
Donald seems to appear in dreams a lot..... I'm not sure what was fertilising that "starseed" but I have a fair idea. Then lo! Another dream....

So today finds me locking horns with a Qanutter who is trying to justify his claim of hundreds of children being liberated from Melbourne's underground tunnels.... First off - still telling me to do my research - he fires off the false claim that "20,000 children go missing from Melbourne every year."
His narrative is "Where the hell do you think those pesky traffickers are hiding them...in the tunnels!

The "critical thinkers" of Qanon. A thread.
You'll consistently hear Qanon followers referring to themselves as "critical thinkers" and "truth tellers"

This is an example of their fractured logic: A Qanon follower posts a video to Youtube claiming that 820 children were freed from underground child trafficking tunnels underneath Melbourne, and the comment is made that children were liberated from tunnels in New York also.

For me Scott Morrison will only ever be the man whose signature on 2104 legislation condemned me to be torn from my family and the country I loved since coming to it as a child. The man who sought to portray himself as the daggy dad; the salt of the earth. Who used his faith to help paint a portrait of himself as a caring bloke. That same "caring bloke" then re-opened a concentration camp on an island which was named after Jesus Christ.

Meanwhile Dutton proudly boasts of the record number of people his government has detained and deported as if that is some kind of achievement to be celebrated.

To the persons continuing to spread the false claim that arsonists are to blame for this Australian bushfires.... From the Australian Federal Police website:
