There is a lot coming out of Paizo right now, some of I witnessed first hand and/or happened to my partner. Trauma is a thing and you build it up no matter where you work, sometimes by your own hand, but things were ever complicated there. I was one of the lucky ones until I wasn't. I had good managers until I didn't. And the manager made all of the difference. He left shortly after I did and that was the best thing that could have happened at the time to the technology team.
