A lot of applause owed to this year's convention team, but here's one thing they did exceptionally well: Every single speaker had a messaging purpose that laddered up to the big argument. The 2 hour compressed format certainly helped, but the Convention program was very efficient. Few "obligation" speakers. Everyone had an assignment.
