This is an interesting map from @aei, of all places, showing homes within a 10-min walk of at least 6 different amenities (e.g. restaurants, stores, etc).

Some really interesting things pop out. A quick 🧵 The oldest neighborhoods do really well, even if they have a lot of SFH, i.e, Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, Ballard.

But West Seattle and North Seattle, oof.
