How accurate was the Fulton County recount?

A ballot expert asked me to count all ballots, grouped by precinct, ballot type, and style and compare it to the recount.

And see how well the recount went. A good recount should have minor differences between the two machine counts.

In Fulton County, the counts barely resembled each other. Only a small handful of precincts had their ballots recounted properly.

Here's a few examples. This will be a multi-post tweet.

This is precinct 03I. The absentee and advanced voting was very close, but if you voted in-person during election day, your votes didn't count in the recount. This happened in multiple precincts.

Here is the full Gwinnett Recount Analysis

When you see numbers in red, those indicate ballots that were only in the original count. An entire tabulator of ballots was forgotten about.

Numbers in purple are ballots that were added to the recount to get the numbers to match. Image Image

I just got another invite from Emerald Robinson for an interview today! So I needed to make up a quick graphic to show the missing ballot images in Fulton County.

I'm trying to show that a 'computer glitch' isn't the likely cause of missing ballot images from the recount. How would individual batches be deleted, while most of them remain?

And how would 51 out of 307 random images from batch 26 be available, but the rest is not.

Does the graphic make sense? Or do I need to add more details? Thanks!Image Few more slides - This is the source of the missing ballots. Image

A new Hunter Biden alias was discovered!

Here's an update from the Crowd Sourced request from last week!

One of my good twitter followers messaged me late last week. He was able to get a bit more information about the Houzz data breach last week and discover the username of Joe Biden's email account on the website Houzz that was breached back in 2018.

He was able to identify that the email address belong to 'Robert.l.peters@pci.gov' (a known Biden alias) to the user name

First: Robert
Last: Hunter
User Name: bluehen1965

As far as I'm aware, this user name hasn't been discovered to date and could lead any investigators to find more covert messaging.

If you search the internet for the user name 'bluehen1965', it is apparently a reference to the name of Joe Biden's 1965 University of Delaware year book.

The Houzz profile link

Doesn't show much, other than a few pictures in his wishlist.

Does the fact that Hunter used 'robert.l.peters' email address on this account mean that Hunter and Joe were both sharing access to this email?

I hope this new alias helps out with future investigations and thanks for all of your help!commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Joe_…

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has signed a bill mandating that all absentee ballots be counted by 8 PM on election night.

Why is this important?

First image is a graph of when absentee ballots were scanned in Fulton county. They were still scanning absentee ballots on Nov 7th. The 'orange' on the graph is the on-demand ballots.

But the more curious issue were the 'on demand absentee ballots' that they printed locally. Most of those ballots were scanned together two days after the election.

These ballots would have been printed and mailed out to voters weeks before the end of the election, and would have been randomly mixed in with the regular mail in ballots. But strangely, most of them were grouped together.Image

And if you go thru the ballots on demand, Joe did very well. I marked the Donald Trump votes in green. Image

I'm loving this new format for the vote data.

You can clearly see how these are test ballots that were added to Fulton recount. Image Notice that in this sequential set of ballots, that the write in is 'no value at all'. I didn't even know you could do that on a voting machine. Image

I just got the images for Paudling's recount, and wow, does the pattern get just crystal clear now.

20 records were added to the recount to make up for the 20 duplicate records from the original count.

The ballots images are added below. Image These are the 2nd ballots of the first three groups.

Someone give me a reasonable explanation of what is happening here in Forsyth county.

Look at the massive number of write in votes all grouped together sequentially. But the first 8 candidates were all voted properly for.

There's LOTS more. Image Image

We have a fun one today in Fulton County!

In the recount ballots, I found some very interesting ballots, and I want you to see the pattern going on here.

First off, test ballots were added to Fulton's recount. These 17 ballots are all in a row and only appear in the recount.

During the calibration step, test ballots were created and printed on ballot paper, and somehow were included into the recount.

These test ballots chose a different Loeffier Senator contest for each ballot. Not only did these test ballots appear in Fulton county, but also in THREE other counties! Including Paulding, Cherokee and DeKalb.

But I really want you to notice the write in ballot on the left. Someone put a single letter 'S' as the write in candidate. This becomes important later.Image You may ask, 'how do I know that these are test ballots'.

You can go to Bridget Thorne's Affidavit and read about these test ballots.

So, looks like Bridget was right about these ballots! They were printed on ballot paper stock and added to the recount. And possibly elsewhere.Image

Here is a new topic concerning Fulton County ballots you haven't heard about yet. It's concerning 3,574 On Demand Absentee ballots.

While going thru the Fulton county ballots, I noticed there was a peculiar set of them that didn't scan the same quality as the normal ballots.

My background in scanners and printers led me to theorize about the cause of these 'fuzzy' ballots. Typically, professional print shops use high-quality black ink for printing ballots. However, standard printers, like those available at retail stores, often create black ink by combining colors like Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow. This practice results in a different shade of black, one that necessitates more frequent ink purchases.

I then realized that these ballots contained a badly printed barcode on the top right of each of these ballots. These numbers seem to be some sort of 6 digit number recording each of these ballots. Unfortunately, this barcode is all but useless and the lines are quite merged together.

I was able to identify all 3,574 of these ballots and have put them in the attached spreadsheet. Also notice the quality of the printing of these ballots on the right, vs. the excellent quality on the left.

These ballots were clearly not created by the printing company Runbeck, but rather printed locally by Fulton County themselves to provide absentee ballots for when they ran out

Download the list of these ballots here.
app.box.com/s/62e6idlk3i69…Image So, we now have 3,574 ballots printed, and mailed out of Fulton county near the end of the election. This apparently started around October 17th.

So all is well and good at this point. Fulton had purchased 3 expensive Oki printers for this task and it's a normal process.

Voters received these ballots (likely 5,000+ were printed) filled them out and mailed them back. Then Fulton would have received them back and scanned them in along with the other absentee ballots.

But here's where it gets weird. When you plot on a chart of when these ballots were scanned, it seems that a majority of them were scanned together around noon two days after the election. Here's a chart of the ballot scan times per hour.Image

I want to thank the wonderful DeKalb employees who actually wrote the word 'Recount' on these ballots that they created to make the recount match up their original count. They literally got certain precinct ballots and only filled in the president vote so that their numbers would be correct.
Here's some details. They had double scanned some ballots the first time, and then added these president-only ballots to make their numbers count. Notice that they had to make ballots that matched their precinct/combo codes. Image
