Earlier this week, under the cover of darkness and strict security, the IDF took me and other reporters to a massive underground Hezbollah complex in southern Lebanon.

It is the largest Hezbollah tunnel system found by the IDF in southern Lebanon to date, at some 2km long and reaching depths of 40m in some areas.

The IDF believes the underground site was intended by Hezbollah for use as a staging ground, where hundreds of terror operatives would arrive when called, gather equipment, and ready themselves to attack Israeli towns. Hezbollah’s invasion plans never materialized.

The IDF says it has completed its overnight airstrikes against Iranian military sites in response to Iran’s attacks on Israel in recent months, including the 200 ballistic missiles on October 1.

Sirens had sounded in the town in the northern Golan Heights a short while ago. According to reports, a rocket struck a soccer field in Majdal Shams, injuring numerous civilians.

Medics are responding to reports of at least three wounded in a stabbing incident in the northern city of Karmiel. Further details are not immediately known. MDA says medics are treating two victims, one of whom is in serious condition.

An Israeli drone strike was carried out in the West Bank's Nur Shams camp a short while ago. According to the IDF, the strike was carried out against a group of operatives planting a bomb.

An Israeli man was stabbed near the West Bank settlement of Yitzhar, the military and medics say.

His condition is not immediately known. Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva says the man wounded in the stabbing attack in the northern West Bank is in moderate condition.

The IDF has launched a manhunt for the stabber.

The stabbing reportedly took place in the Huwara area, and the man reached a nearby military position after being attacked.

Police say officers are dealing with several impact sites in the city, with damage caused to property.

Initial reports of a stabbing attack at the Herod's Gate entrance to Jerusalem's Old City. MDA says it is treating a man in his 30s who was stabbed in the attack.

Two people are wounded in a suspected car-ramming attack in Jerusalem, medics say.

The Magen David Adom ambulance service says it is treating two people who were struck by the same car on Tchelet Mordechai Street and the nearby Yirmiyahu Street.

Both are listed in good condition. Police say the ramming in Jerusalem was a terror attack.

Surveillance camera footage shows interceptor missiles being launched from an Israeli Navy Sa'ar 6-class corvette in the Eilat Bay this evening, at a suspected drone. It marks the first operational interception by the ship-mounted Iron Dome system, known as C-Dome. Another clip filmed by beachgoers in Eilat.

A Palestinian gunman opened fire at an Israeli vehicle near the West Bank settlement of Dolev earlier this morning, causing no injuries. Troops have since been engaged in a gun battle with the assailant. According to medics, four people are wounded in later clashes with the gunman.
