The idea of the library is:

* to provide starter kits to get going on all kinds of designs

* to let you learn about properties of designs interactively

our dream is that people will contribute to the library; if you have a smart new strategy add it so others can adopt & adapt

Highlights:

1/n * Experiments focus on treatment effects but we often care about whether an outcome is due to a cause
* That's a harder question and answer usually not identified by experimental data
* But don't obsess about identification: you can learn lots even if estimands are not identified
