I've spent four of the last seven years living in Mexico's second poorest state. People eat at restaurants all the time. Mexicans get 10x more food delivered to their homes, same in India & China. The reason you can't afford living in the US has nothing to do with buying a coffee going to the doctor is free btw, no wait, no scheduling weeks out. often there's a doctor's office attached to the pharmacy. It used to cost $2.50 but now it's free. They will see you, diagnose illness, prescribe drugs, etc, and there's a little cup to donate money if you want.
