Read John Lee Anderson in the New Yorker on that country, ruled over by an authoritarian whose rhetoric encourages uncommonly high levels of violence against LGBT people. 2. @pitzercollege has a study abroad in China which is detaining hundreds of thousands of Muslims and subjecting them to abuse and forced labor. Then there's Tibet.
