Thread> 1. The time has come to stop the USAID, PEPFAR and UNAIDS gravy train.
In light of the recent decision @realDonaldTrump secretary of state @SecRubio to terminate all the many USAID, PEPFAR and UNAIDS programs, I am compelled to write as an HIV specialist who was there at the very beginning of the same programs. I support President Trumps decision 100 per cent.

In 2005 during the formation of United States Policy on HIV AIDS I testified before the US congress on the importance of low cost strategies of fighting HIV which had worked in Uganda. This model called ABC had worked successfully and had been credited with reducing the epidemic from a sero prevalence of about 26 amongst pregnant women to about 6 percent. This had never been seen any where in the world.

The model was adopted by PEPFAR at the very outset under president Bush with specific allocation risk avoidance as in abstinence, being faithful and risk reduction as in condom use and later, VCT and male circumcision.

Its now 2025 and exactly 20 years later and I can testify that the sexual politics of LGBTQ and big pharma interests took over the good interest of the original dream of the HIV AIDS programs both in the PEPFAR, USAID AND UNAIDS. These programs have done more harm than good, because they now exist in only to serve the selfish interests of DEI LGBTQ woke transgender projects and the big pharmaceutical industries whose happiness is more infections means more money.
The original documentary which featured me alongside, Anthony Fauci, Everett Koop, and Athony Nacios can be found on the PBS website here.

I know first hand because i have spent more than 30 years working and studying the same subject. In the year 2006 I was contracted by the Uganda AIDS commission @aidscommission along with Havard univeristy professor of public health Dr Ted Green to write a policy and strategy of ending HIVAIDS by the use of the social behavioural change strategy of Abstinence and Fidelity in marriage.
Dr Green is the author of a great book called Rethinking HIV AIDS which showed how population specific social strategies of risk avoidance AB complemented with risk reduction C brought down HIV. See the book heading below.
We were endlessly mocked by the UNAIDS representative in Uganda Mr Reuben Del Prado whose sole goal was to USE HIVAIDS as a means of promoting LGBTQ and big pharmaceutical products. He was joined by the British DFID lady as well as the USAID reps who only gave lip service to the ABC but mocked us relentlessly.
They managed to use their financial position to manipulate our leader of the time Mr Kihumuro Apuuli to make U turn on our contract and despite the fact that we finished the policy document, it was denied the light of day. It was shelved and never acknowledged or implemented. We ended up complaining about Reuben Del Prado who was asked by Uganda to leave because of his subversive activities. He later went to Guyana where he was equally opposed for the same problem.
I write about this in my 500 page research book called Why are you Geh, Africas Resistance to Euro American LGBTQ which became prominent in the years of president Barrack Obama. Barracks executive orders of 2011 essentially turned the entire USAID budget and all American foreign policy into a huge LGBTQ bully dictatorial pulpit.
Instead of stopping HIV the current strategy is only about managing HIV beneficially. Please see the following evidence that shows how big pharma is making millions of dollars in Uganda alone.Image
