Congratulations. The UAE is getting closer to purchasing the KF-21. One of the commanders of the UAE military himself boarded and flew the KF-21, which is the first time a high-ranking foreign military official has boarded it.
The UAE, like Saudi Arabia, is a country that has purchased Korea's cutting-edge weapons and is also a close strategic partner in the private sector. Notably, the UAE has purchased the M-SAM-II ballistic missile interceptor system and K239 MRLS and is close to purchasing the L-SAM high-altitude long-range interceptor system.
The Korean military has also conducted heavy equipment training and ballistic missile interception tests in the UAE and has also built a nuclear power plant in the UAE.

The KF-21 is a highly digitalized versatile fighter jet that can use various destructive Korean missiles.
Korea wants to use them as medium, large air-launched missile platforms.
Koreans have F-35A and F-15K, but it is extremely hard to use Korean weapons because of integration and airworthiness certificate matters, etc. The avionics, including the radar, are top-notch and have already passed extreme tests and are in production.
KF-21 will rapidly replace existing old jets.

Many people ask me about the situation in Indonesia. The Indonesian government has not paid the costs for a long year, and the Indonesian government and the Korean government ultimately agreed to reduce the technology that Indonesia will receive. Therefore, we can think of Indonesia leaving the position of 'joint development' a long time ago.Image One of the KF-21 prototypes Image

Hyundai Heavy Industries said that it can build five Aegis destroyers for the US per year and is ready to expand. It also said that it can provide one ship per year to the US using its current spare dock, and that it has more room and cost-effectiveness than its competitors (Hanwha Ocean, Japan), and that it has over 250 veteran elite engineers required to integrate Aegis destroyers and combat systems.
It also said that a total of 12 domestic and foreign surface ships are currently under construction by Hyundai shipyards.
Take note that HHI is already rebuilding the navies of Peru and the Philippines.
Hanwha Ocean agreed to focus on submarines, while Hyundai Heavy Industries agreed to focus on surface ships.
Both companies are involved in the US Navy's massive MRO program. So far, Hyundai Heavy Industries built three DDG-I Sejong the Great Aegis destroyers, and one DDG-II Jeongjo the Great Aegis destroyer. Image

Will South Korea eventually arm itself with nuclear weapons? All the evidence is pointing in one direction, and they seem to be fiddling with the last remaining door. Korea began developing nuclear weapons in the middle of the Cold War but had no choice but to voluntarily give them up at a critical moment.
And now, in 2025, they have the highest level of missile technology and the strong will to invest, but the key is how they will deploy weapons-level nuclear weapons and what strategic advantages they can gain.
Will their enemies’ stance change just because South Korea armed itself with nuclear weapons? Nevertheless, South Korea will develop a large military, long-range, high-precision mass strike capabilities, MD capabilities, and pursue various nuclear propulsion capabilities.
France model? Israel model? Whatever, newly established Korean Strategic Command is now bigger than ever. We shall see about that.Image KMPR Kill Chain 2023 version.

Roaring missile sounds always pleasing. Beautiful, isn't it?
Poland is armed to record levels.
18 K239 Chunmoo MRLS systems were delivered days ago, total 90 Homar-K under their command now. Seem to be enough, but their goal is to secure 290 units of Homar-K. Imagine that CTM-290 tactical ballistic missile and CGR-80 rocket saturated attack on the enemies.
South Korean Army alone operates around 218+150 number of K239, which is amazing. Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates also operate K239 many.
A variety of more intimidating missiles will follow soon.
(CTM series and KTSSM series)
This is just the tip of the spear.
And always remember, Speak softly and carry a big stick. And that big stick, what Roosevelt said. American rules apply here..
As I've analyzed before, additional forward structure means it can operate CTM series and KTSSM series missiles.
CTM/KTSSM missile pods are actually slightly longer than CGR-80 missile pod. Image

It's official. Congratulations.
L-SAM development finished.
■L-SAM.
ABM = Anti-ballistic missile interceptor. (TDACS, KV)
AAM = SM-2 equivalent missile.
■L-SAM-II.
HAI = High altitude interceptor. (Gel type DACS, large diameter sapphire IIR seeker)
GPI = Glide Phase Interceptor.
■M-SAM-III
PAC-MSE, but better.
■LAMD-I
Korean Iron-Dome.
■LAMD-II
Further enhanced version.
As I posted several times, this will be mass produce in the next year, and it is highly likely to export to Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
So called naval L-SAM is being developed. KAMD doctrine Image

Seeing what Russians are showing off their 'Oreshnik' missiles to Ukraine, I wonder how Korean Strategic Command's High-power variants giant missiles would work. Especially Hyunmoo-V crazy big-ass missile and the other V variants or even VI.

Recently, Korea has succeeded in studies that dramatically increase the firepower of missiles.
It is a study on 'Reactive Material Structures' technology and 'Thermobaric efficiency performance maximization' technology, which is planned or applied to almost all major Korean missiles.Image 🚀 Image

KSS-III better visualization.
Did you know Saudi Arabia is negotiating to buy KSS-III?
I mentioned it less because there are more weapons to talk with Saudi. Korea has two huge shipbuilders, and each has export models based on KSS-III.
Saudi Arabia is in direct contact with Hanwha, and the Middle East market, particularly the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Iraq, unlike countries such as Canada, Norway, Poland and Australia, requires (must) the use of local agents, private bids and direct contacts from government and military are common, unlike current submarine bids from Poland, the Philippines and Canada. (Even defense procurement sites are often insufficient.)
That is why I often say that dealing with these countries is hard to know. Most things proceed beneath the surface. (K239, missile, Raybolt, etc)
At any rate, Hanwha is very likely to offer VLS and SLBM options as their demands, and this will be Saudi's first submarine.
Take note that Saudi uses some Chinese DF series under tacit approval by the United States.
Meanwhile, HD Hyundai is likely to co-develop with Peru based on the KSS-IIICA model, which proposed to Canada.
And reportedly, Hanwha Ocean proposed KSS-III Batch-II to Egypt.Image HD Hyundai's KSS-IIICA.
Well, judging by their information, this would be slightly bigger than KSS-IIIPN, which proposed to the Philippines. Image

Japan left the CPSP project in Canada, and Hanwha Ocean canceled HD Hyundai accusation and reconciled.
Will Canada buy a KSS-III series submarine? What about an offer from Sweden, German, France, Spain, and Norway?
Compared to KSS-II, the performance of KSS-III Batch-I is dramatically advanced, and Batch-II is simply the best to ROK Navy. Koreans' offers are basically based on KSS-III Batch-II.
However, for me, I would like to see the KDDX project done. KDDX is whole another ship class following the KDX-III Batch-II.
It is equipped with super powerful radar, sonar, and generators.
Her unique KVLS-II is designed for hypersonic weaponry operations.
Both shipbuilding companies are ready to build KDDX now.
Whatever Canadian choice is, it is better to do it fast.
Or are they seeking nuke submarine? We shall see.Image Batch-I and Batch-II Image

The Philippine Army chose AT-1K Raybolt over Israel's Spike MR and U.S. Javelin.
The project began in May 2024 and underwent a rigorous evaluation in June.
They say they will acquire five launchers and ten missiles first as part of the test.
Originally, It was going to buy an anti-tank rocket, but after seeing the recent war in Ukraine, they chose an advanced anti-tank missile.
It is excellent for coastal defense and has the ability to shoot down helicopters.
Raybolt has been exported to 'unknown countries'.Image

There's one more thing that Peru needs to do..
The K239 long-range rocket artillery. This will significantly increase Peru's long-range precision strike capabilities.
Still, KAI and the entire Hyundai Group participate Peru's ambitious huge plan.
Hanwha Aerospace makes the K239, K9 self-propelled howitzer, tactical, operational level, and strategic level missiles, including hypersonic weaponry.
I think Hanwha's 'Mobile Howitzer' is suitable for Peru, too.Image Hanwha's Mobile Howitzer Image

This is breaking news.
After Poland, Peru will be a K2 Black Panther tank user. (And Romania)
The quantity of units has already been decided, and Peru has previously decided to use it, Hyundai Rotem said.
Both are coordinating the system options, maintenance, training, and delivery date as part of the 'executive contract'.
The K2 Black Panther is a modern, highly digitized tank in mass production, and it has great firepower, maneuverable, and viable.
It is indeed heartwarming news.
From the Pacific and Europe to the edge of South America..
Like I posted yesterday, it appears that the whole Peruvian military wants Korean major systems.Image Image

Well, Peru will jointly develop submarines and ships with Korea and produce parts for KF-21.
The FA-50 will be made in Peru, and it is highly likely to become the maintenance hub in South America, which is similar to Malaysia and Poland.
Peru has a lot of natural resources, and both are strategic partners.
For Korea, Peru accounts for 72% of South America's arms exports.
They also exported an anti-ship cruise missile to Colombia.
As a primary contractor, Hyundai Heavy Industries has already decided to rebuild Peruvian Navy before. (And the Philippines)Image

It's hard to believe!
Nine K2 tanks, Twelve K9 artillerys, and eight K239 MRLS were delivered to Poland.
So far, 71 out of 180 K2 tanks have been delivered, 120 out of 212 K9 self-propelled howitzers have been delivered, and 54 out of 218 K239 long-range rocket artillery modules have been delivered.
I wonder how many K9 artillery and K239 missile systems were delivered to India, Egypt, Saudi, and UAE by now.Image 2 years ago, Gdniya, Poland. Image

🇸🇦🇮🇶🇦🇪 M-SAM-II air/ballistic missile defense system export to Iraq is expected to proceed without difficulty. In addition, after the development of the L-SAM long-range missile defense system has been completed, it will be produced next year, and the L-SAM-II's HAI and GPI missile interceptors are being developed.
Unlike Saudi Arabia and UAE's deal, the deal with Iraq was immature, and the conflict is now over, although LIG Nex1 went ahead without sufficient agreement with Hanwha Systems.
Once the L-SAM (ABM) (AAM) missile system is deployed in Korea, it is highly likely that Middle Eastern countries will follow, and so will the L-SAM-II (HAI) (GPI) missile system.Image

Well, well, what do we have here.
I would like to see Yokosuka with ASEVs in Japan, JSS in Korea, and aircraft carriers in the United States dock together.
In this case, joint exercise or fleet review is more likely.
The ASEV is the ultimate defensive vessel, and the JSS is the ultimate offensive vessel.
Both will be built around the same time.Image

The FA-50 can now deliver swift death to the enemies.
Korea unveiled the air-launched supersonic cruise missile for FA-50 and KF-21. It was supposed to be one of the KF-21's various Korean missile armaments.
●The Poland, Philippine, and Malaysia are likely to use these sophisticated missiles.
●Originally, it is anti-ship missile, but this one has dedicated ground strike capability. (You can change to anti-ship seeker)
●They have another sophisticated supersonic cruise missile, but it's a land based coastal defense system, which is an integrated ram jet missile. Ducted ramjet, this one has several advantages of optimization in fighter operations.
●FA-50 can also launch other long-range cruise missiles, which are being developed.
●Air-launched ballistic missiles are also developed soon.
●Most of the Korean air-based armament development is in the same line with the development of KF-21 Block-II.Image

Okay, I can now die with peace.
This intimidating, big-ass Hyunmoo-V TEL vehicle maneuvering chills me.
They now call it an 'Ultra-powerful ballistic missile'.
The KF-21, F-35A, and B-1 Lancer appeared, too.
President Yoon has repeatedly criticized Russia for its invasion of Ukraine, North Koreans provoke, and Communist today, which is very astonishing. Hyunmoo-V explanations

Breaking news.
Hyunmoo-V was fully revealed along with other new variants of Hyunmoo series missiles just before the parade.
This almost ICBM class bizarre ballistic missile that most destructive conventional missile ever created is 36tons of total weight and equipped with 8~9tons of specially designed warhead, which can easily penetrate most protected facilities and bury them alive.
The propellent is so powerful that the missile has to adapt a cold-launching system to prevent TEL unharmed.
In addition to the V-series, new II, III, and IV missiles are being developed and mass-produced
They have not yet revealed hypersonic cruise missiles and hypersonic glide vehicle.
It also plans to mount V missiles on JSS, the world's first Arsenal ship.
It's good to see the West has another big ass missile TEL.
ROK Strategic Command is planning to have more than 200 of the Hyunmu-V alone.
Hanwha Aerospace is the manufacturer.Image

Intriguing. You can see K239's capabilities for the Norwegian Army in this picture.
As I've mentioned many times before, Hanwha Aerospace, the Norwegian government, and Kongsberg are now discussing K239 with each other, which is the fastest deployment, relatively cheap, and performance is also the best.
A wide variety of interesting K239 missiles are quickly being developed. (Hanwha Aerospace also confirmed that GLSDB and other missiles can be integrated if they want)
Using one system is originally on table but, It would be nice to operate HIMARS and K239 together like Poland.
●That 290+ km missile coincides with news that South Korea will prepare a new 450+km ballistic missiles by bypassing the MTCR for its customers. (Guessing it was originally required by Saudi Arabia)
● Most K239 missiles, except for special ones, are 10 to 40 percent cheaper than HIMARS munitions.
●K239 is the second most produced modern rocket artillery system after the American products in the world.
The Korean Army alone plans to have about over 370+ units, and when combined with the 288 K239 ordered by Poland and the unknown quantity of Saudi Arabia and the UAE, a huge number has been maded and it is being made.
●No idea if Norway wants cluster weapons. (US and Korea produce massive amounts of cluster weapons)Image GLSDB Image
Sep 20, 2024 4 tweets 3 min read
Additional explanation for those who don't know.
●Hanwha Aerospace does not make tanks. (SPH is not tank...)
●In the industry, we usually use the quantity ordered from customers (domestic, overseas) than annual production. Since the Cold War, (Manufacturing to order, MTO) has been important, so production lines and production manpower have become more important. (Hyundai Rotem has allocated more resources to tank production lines than train business)
●Hanwha Group manufactures missiles, ICBM-like missiles, anti-aircraft/ballistic missiles, cutting-edge radars, sensors (IR, sonar, etc), submarines, and surface ships. (For example, K9 and K239, which account for more than half of the global market share and production.)
●It is Hyundai Rotem that makes the K2, K1, K1E1, K1E2, K1A1, K1A2, and K1A3.
●There are several subsidiaries under the Hanwha Group, of which Aerospace, Systems, and Ocean are representative defense companies.Image

At long last, K2 will soon have a Korean power pack.
Reportedly, the government has granted the full deployment of the Korean power pack for K2 MBT.
So far, K2 has used a power pack with a mixture of German and Korean parts, but it was decided this way because German parts became too expensive and they might interfere with the additional export of K2 to Middle Eastern countries and the 4th mass production (150!) of the ROK Army.
A high-performance power pack for the K2 was developed before, but its adoption was postponed due to political issues and internal conflicts.
(And it easily exported to Turkey for Altay tanks)Image
