The @INCB_President needs to retract and correct this statement. It's easily provable that legalizing cannabis DOES reduce criminal activity.

No one said the illicit market would disappear overnight. That was never an expectation. It was always going to take decades. @INCB_President In Canada, for example, 48% of consumers “always” obtained their cannabis from legal sources. 5 years ago it was almost 100%.

That is a huge reduction in criminal activity.

Plans to "transform Canadian business" after losing $2.6 billion so far this fiscal year.
