So here's a deep dive into the other Penrose quilts I discovered. But first, a quick digression about tiling types and quilting techniques.

For many geometric problems, if they're simple to solve in the Euclidean plane, there's also a simple solution on the sphere.

Others are MISLEADINGLY SIMPLE on the plane and yet SURPRISINGLY THORNY on the sphere.
