I've spent many years studying and trying to address serious issues that few people seem interested in. They've often come into fashion X years later & then tended to get forgotten again within a year or two. This whole IGNORE - FIXATE - GET BORED cycle is fascinating and repeats My first real experience of this, was when I set up a RECYCLING SCHEME for student houses in Leicester. My idea was to demonstrate the interest and need amongst students, with the hope that the COUNCIL would take over the role.

In my view, PRIDE, MALEVOLENCE and IGNORANCE are going to see the ENGLISH WATER INDUSTRY foolishly and rapidly RENATIONALISED at extreme and crippling expense... primarily, because very few people understand how DEBT, and especially the BOND MARKET, works... POLITICIANS, NEWSPAPERS, COMMENTATORS and CELEBRITIES all point at today's management, the environmental regulator (who had its budget slashed) and the money taken out of the industry...

About all I can do, is warn society about the economic models behind BREXIT, "FREEPORTS" and WATER COMPANIES. Society will have to decide what is acceptable, or not, and elect politicians who are focused on protecting CITIZENS, the NATION and the COMMON GOOD... For too long, our country has been set up to fail, by insiders, so that other insiders can profit and prosper at our collective expense through the accumulation of WEALTH, POWER and PRIVILEGES.

Okay, I think it is time to propose a new SYNTHESIS of what is happening to our DEMOCRACIES and why they seem incapable of resisting "RUSSIAN" interference. My synthesis will not be perfect, because I don't know everything and the people and interests attacking us are very clever First off, we are being attacked on many fronts by many diverse interests, actors and power blocs. It is very difficult to say X is attacking us because they are attacking us through several layers which all run from A - Z via 1000s of people and sub-entities.

In 2017, I started studying THAMES WATER because I was looking for a British version of VW's "DIESELGATE" and suspected that the discharge of billions of litres of raw SEWAGE into our rivers was a symptom of financial distress and perhaps fraud. ALPHA LIPOIC ACID... it still seems to be having an amazing effect. I can now feel real improvements in my skin, which feels softer and less swollen. I am getting better at figuring out when I need to take a tablet. I am taking my tablet when I feel an aching type of tiredness come on in the late morning. Having found a way of tackling the build up to a bout of fatigue / forced sleep at a much earlier stage, I can now distinguish this fainter fatigue signal more distinctly.

ALPHA LIPOIC ACID: I've now being using ALA to counteract by MECFS for about 2 weeks. I've seen dramatic improvements in inflammation, with reduced redness on my face, hands, skin and veins. I was about 80% better than my worst point, I'd say that I now feel even better overall When I feel really good, I feel better than I have in many years + I'd even forgotten some "normal" sensations. However, there have been changes which I'm still adjusting to. I wake up earlier, feeling more tired, but more refreshed. Before food + at night, I tire more suddenly.
