You know what—as much as I held out hope for the Virginia gubernatorial election, after talking about it and analyzing the two campaigns, there are some things we must take note of:

I was sitting outside eating dinner and a homeless man asked me for the rest of my dinner because he was starving. Instead I went back inside and bought him a full meal.

1/x We are by far one of the richest countries in the world. We can afford trillions of dollars of investments in weapons, infrastructure, etc., and yet even in our nation’s capital, we have people who need to beg for food and shelter.
