🚨🚨🚨 Check out our newly revised paper on Supreme Court expansion

Key point: Without Court expansion, Dems are not likely to have a majority on the Court **until 2065** To bring this home ->

- an 18 year old today will likely not see a Democratic-appointed majority on the Supreme Court probably until their 50s or 60s

- people in their 40s right now will probably never see another Dem-appointed majority in their lifetimes

This is great; I'm happy to see this shift. Ranking law schools (any programs really) incentivizes them to focus on things that maybe don't matter to their core missions.

quick anecdote 1/ when I graduated from law school back in the early 00's, I did not take the bar -- b/c I knew grad school was a likely move.

I then got a email from the dean of students, for the first time ever, asking me why, whether I would eventually take it etc 2/
