The Govt's controversial Review of the UK's counterterror programme 'Prevent' is overdue by nearly two years.

However, for months it has been deadlocked as lawyers try to work out if the Govt will get sued upon its release as it names Muslim individuals & groups 'extremist'. The Review is already highly controversial.

It is headed by William Shawcross, who supported the worst excesses of the War on Terror and called Islam a problem in Europe.

It is guided behind the scenes by the Henry Jackson Society, a neo-con thinktank with very opaque funding.
