I'm stunned by NFT projects in the midst of a bear market with their earliest supporters down bad saying:
"Sorry, you weren't actually the customer, you were just a financial speculator, we actually took your money to speculatively build for some future audience, thanks, bye!"
If you took in millions or tens of millions of $ from customers, paid yourself handsomely, raised more vc $ at astonishing valuations (perhaps sold some secondary), you have a moral & ethical obligation to serve your early customers.
