Waterstones CEO: Did you sack the bookseller who upset that poor TERF?

Waterstones CEO: Good stuff. Hopefully that will be the end of the matter.

Waterstones Social Media Manager: Er, guys, I don't know how to tell you this... I used to be head of buying for Waterstones, but that was 20+ years ago now. Head office execs get paid a lot of money. Booksellers do not. Waterstones has a history of taking booksellers for granted and treating them poorly.
