BREAKING: Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge has just certified that the Supreme Court has overturned Roe. Abortion is now immediately illegal in Arkansas.

Abortion is now illegal in six states -- Arkansas, South Dakota, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri and Oklahoma. Abortion is also banned after six-weeks under the private enforcement mechanism in Texas.

There's been a lot of talk about getting at least one shot to 70% of adult Americans by the 4th of July.

So how's Nevada doing? 55.7% of adult Nevadans have gotten at least one dose of the vaccine. We rank 33rd in the nation. Doing some back of napkin math: Using CDC data, Nevada administered about 7,232 shots a day each day over the last seven days. There are 41 days until the July 4, which means (if we keep the current pace of vaccination) we'll be able to vaccinate ~300,000 additional Nevadans.

BIG NEWS: Beginning next week Nevadans statewide 65+ will be eligible for the vaccine. Gov. Steve Sisolak says that the state will open immunization opportunities to Nevadans 65 and older through the federal pharmacy partnership program in all counties. However, only pharmacy partners enrolled in the Federal Pharmacy Partnership Program will be offering the vaccines to those 65+ next week, unless your county has already begun vaccinating those 65+.

Clark County Fire Department Chief Greg Cassell announces that because of severe weather SNHD/the county did not receive its shipment of Moderna. It won't be able to administer ANY second dose Moderna shots starting tomorrow. Cassell says people will be rescheduled for a new appointment "hopefully at the same time, same day, just one week later." Folks will be contacted through a new call center that will go active tomorrow morning.
