Here's what breaks my heart about the Labour leadership election. @DawnButlerBrent would make a fantastically successful leader. She's down to earth, she's innovative & inspiring, she's quick, she's smart & she has a way of winning back her power when people try to trip her up
She's also very pragmatic and yet consistent. She backed Andy Burnham in the 2015 leadership contest but nominated Corbyn because she wanted a broad debate, and always stood by that decision, saying if Corbyn won he would do a good job and she'd support him.

These ex-Labour MPs promoting a party that has a well documented history of insidious anti-semitism and tolerance of it, on the grounds of protecting the Jewish community is a despicable and insulting ploy using Jewish people as nothing but a prop for their own personal gain 1/20
This move is blatantly motivated by nothing but self-interested careerism. It's not as well publicised as Labour antisemitism but it only takes a quick web search to tell you all you need to know about the Tories' record on standing up for Jewish people 2/20
