Some thoughts about the small-scale damaging winds in parts of eastern #Luxembourg last Friday (gust of 119 km/h measured in Grevenmacher between 17:40 and 17:50 UTC). Feel free to comment @pgroenemeijer @Djpuco @BramvantVeen!
Thread ⬇️ Some measurements of the weather station located in the western part of Grevenmacher are shown below (source: kachelmannwetter.com/de/messwerte/g…). The relative humidity was relatively low (around 40 %) before the strong winds hit the station. Temperature dropped by about 10 °C afterwards.
