We’re back in the Special Criminal Court for the trial of Gerry Hutch, who denies the murder of David Byrne at the Regency Airport Hotel in Dublin on February 5, 2016. Two other men face a lesser charge. Ms Justice Tara Burns is the presiding judge; there is no jury.
