This is what relying on intuition rather than data looks like I’d suggest:

- looking at an actual perf dashboard (if any are still online)
- read the analyses of emerging market timeline rendering latency: (hint: not batch sizes)
- ask teams which actually work on this stuff (tho I think you fired them)
