So the NY Post story about the nurses selling fake vaccine cards doen't name the cop who was part of the ring. The cards were stored in NYPD helmets and being sold to cops. They found $900,000 in his house but let him go. His name is Devin De Vuono.

This. I think a lot of people misunderstand or aren't even aware of best practices around testing and think it's kind of a license to mingle freely or travel, have a dinner party, or whatever. Same with vaccines—people not realizing that a vaccinated person can be a spreader.

I struggle w self care and a fucked up mind and body, as do many of us, wanted to share something I have been doing that is v low effort, you can even do it if you can't get out of bed, and has made me feel really good. FOOT STUFF! I'm just not a do-your-nails or put on a sheet mask or light a candle person, so this really works for me, plus it has physical benefits. I do it every morning, now that there is less sunlight where I live I do it with the SAD lamp.

One thing I wanted to note, if you see someone getting harassed on Twitter, esp when it's because some big account sent their followers to harass them, there are some things you can do to help. They are minor but maybe we can figure out more. One thing is that you can report the accounts that are harassing the person. I know, it feels ridiculously like being a narc, but whatever.
