Stamina, a gift of Grace.

There’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual stamina— and all four have carried me through the hardest seasons of my life.

They’re built the same way: showing up, again and again, even when everything in you wants to quit.

Especially then. Physical stamina: the quiet resolve to keep moving when your body screams stop.

Mine was forged over years—a lifetime of illness, showing up loudest when I was struck with RA, PD, a Stroke and finally Spinal MRSA, all with 4 years. My energy at absolute zero, yet I kept going.

My mantra? “Just 10 more steps.” Ten becomes twenty, twenty becomes the day. It’s how you train the body—and how I walk alongside Parkinson’s clients who fight real fatigue every single day.

The grind isn’t punishment; it’s preparation. A gift.Image
