Banting's diet plan emphasized reducing sugar and starchy foods, which helped him lose a significant amount of weight.
๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐๐๐ซ - The ketogenic diet was first developed in the 1920s by Dr. Russell Wilder at the Mayo Clinic as a treatment for childhood epilepsy. Dr. Wilder coined the term "ketogenic diet," which aimed to mimic the metabolic effects of fasting by inducing a state of ketosis.

๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ฌ - ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐จ๐ง: Dr Pennington published "A New Concept in the Treatment of Obesity," emphasized carbohydrate restriction as a method for weight loss.
๐ ๐๐๐๐-๐๐'๐ฌ ๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐ญ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ฌ:

in 2012 to help promote the LCHF, which was later described in detail in Noakes's 2014 book The Real Meal Revolution.
These represent the ideal ranges for these key parameters according to functional medicine (different practitioners may view differently)
Ofcourse these are much more stringent criteria than what is conventionally considered "Normal".
It is not huge concern if you don't fall within these ranges (in some cases it is), but always try to aim for optimal values than simply being in the Normal range.
