Short NEC meeting today compared to traditional July meetings which are usually long as the road to conference begins.

the GS confirmed we currently have 385,000 fully paid Labour members plus another 13,000 in arrears - Total 398,000 members
There were tributes paid to Margaret McDonagh, Bob Kerslake and Glenda Jackson who we have sadly lost since the last NEC meeting.
The Forde Report working group shall meet for a final time before conference to discuss the actions and implementations of those from the report
