What brushing has taught me. A 🧵👇🏻 :

Laurels of how well you brushed previous week do not matter. You are only as good as you brushed TODAY! Show up everyday - brushing 7 times on Monday ain’t gonna cut it. You’ve got to do it day after day, every damn day as if your (dental) life depends on it.
