Today PTM protested against the arrest of its leader Manzoor Pashteen. There wasn't a single report of violence by protestors from around the World. I attended the protest in Islamabad & the protestors here were as peaceful as in the other places -1 #PTMWorldWideProtests However, the State reminded us once again that our rights don't mean much as they didn't bother to create even flimsy grounds for our arrests. I was dragged along with other comrades of PTM and AWP including @IsmatShahjahan, @AmmarRashidT and many others -2 #PTMWorldWideProtests

We are back wd same zeal & enthusiasm, tragedy of #KharQamarMassacre will be known in history as example of a State's brutal response to peaceful protest. In its aftermath, this State piled up even more violations of human rights & decency in its treatment of Ali & myself-1 From May to Sep we were kept first at Peshawar jail & then at Haripur. During this transition the State decided to further increase its pressure as in Haripur we were kept in cells marked for terrorists. There was no mobility in jail, we had no access to news & other facilities-2
