went to the store for a new experiment three different alpha lipoi... I am finally going to post some thoughts on ALA supplementation now that I've been taking it for a couple weeks! it is definitely one of the more interesting supplements I've ever tried. it has both positive and negative effects, but I'm settling on a dose that helps overall
