I will never, ever order from Drs. Foster and Smith @DFSpets again! Their website massively screwed up and as a result my order was shipped to an address I haven't lived at for over 15 years... and they won't reship or refund the order. This seems to have been caused by allowing the user to login at the end of placing an order, to "associate" the order with the account. I had tried to do this but didn't really expect the login to work since it was so old. And all I got was an error screen so didn't think it had.
