Last day of the year at the office. Wanted to buy stuff for uche, Tony and Sola. They've been very warm to me, but I'm too much of a pussy to go through with it.

Also wanted to shake them; wish them a merry Christmas before they left. They didn't look like they cared at all,so I left. It just made me sad. It's great we're not bffs, but I expected a farewell. Like "I'll miss that awkward greeting every morning you stagger across the reception by 1030"

I wonder what it feels like growing beside someone rising at an astronomic rate. World famous legends attended practice with obscure extras overtime. And even though 1 thing or the other may have been different about each of them, the extras would've expected similar results But this person just keeps improving until they realise it's useless trying to challenge themselves with this overwhelming competition.They just look on as the person climbs to a higher stage, & doesn't stop; becomes a national figure, continental icon, globally renowned identity

0-10: carefree. Nothing matters

11-17: builds an ego and grows an attitude. Broke, powerless, stupid and doesn't know it

18-25: figures out their passion. Devote resources to its learning

26-32: setup products/career. First big money cuz little responsibilities People don't like admitting the rest of the journey relies on how strong what is built at this stage is

33-40: live with the flourishing or harsh results made by the previous state's decisions. Jealousy is rife here. Midlife crisis pupils are fostered here too
