Rep. Jim McGovern is tired of Republicans talking about the IRS in this debate over holding Steve Bannon in contempt. "I appreciate the gentlelady updating us on the bills that she's co-sponsored and her opinions about the IRS, which have nothing to do with the underlying bill."
