The @dmdiocese (Bishop Joensen) just announced a new policy for the care of those with gender dysphoria. The policy bans the use of preferred pronouns, mandates that lockers/bathrooms use must match biological sex, mandates a dress-code that reflects biological sex, and more. Although the activists who want to permanently mutilate children are up in arms, the policy does go to some length trying to explain the Church's stance of compassionate care *without* compromising truth and morality.

The Supreme Court of the State of New York (which is the trial/lowest level of the state court system there) has excellently ruled that the COVID vaccine mandate for public and private employees is arbitrary and capricious. Image I think the courts have been too timid generally, but it has been my hope and prayer that as the lies were exposed more to the mainstream, truth would finally get some traction in court. That seems to be the case here. 👏🏻 Image

If you are Catholic, I encourage you to watch this short film on the necessity of lay involvement in society. It is time for people of faith to get involved more militantly in our communities to save our culture and nation. I also want to stress that in my personal opinion... ...it is the duty of faithful Catholics in this "age of the laity" to hold the Catholic Church itself accountable. We must ask to see our parish school's curriculum, demand that our children are taught the fullness of the faith, and encourage our priests to actually teach the...

This op-ed in the WSJ today is a real gem. In the wake of the McCarthy audio, the author argues that the "top brass" of the GOP secretly want Trump gone (no, really?), and that they should just come out and speak the truth. But don't get confused. This is not about Trump... Image It is us v. them. The author and the "top brass" can't see how successful Trump's policies were, because those policies benefited regular America (the America that globalism is crushing) while endangering "business as usual" in Washington, D.C. The @EpochTimes ran a great piece by @bhweingarten this last week explaining how “Trump attorneys” (aka MAGA) are being targeted. The Left wants to destroy good legal counsel for the America First movement. There is a push to get the ABA to make challenging a “legitimate election” an ethics violation.

I just spoke to a @SouthwestAir employee who told me an e-mail went out at 5pm saying there is much to “sift through” and the mandate is still in effect. The e-mail instructed employees to tell customers changes will “take time.” This is obvious defiance of a federal court. Another @SouthwestAir employee just warned passengers before boarding that “the federal mandate is still in force.” Why are SWA employees lying to customers?

SCOTUS just left the New York vaccine mandate—that refuses any kind of religious exemption—in place by denying injunctive relief. Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch dissented (i.e., would have granted relief). Crickets from Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Barrett. I know others have said this, but it really is time to leave these awful blue states and fight back from free red states. This is disgusting:

I have heard from multiple people--clients, family, and friends--that the government has been very slow to notify military personnel about the status of their requests for religious exemption from the COVID vaccine/shot. That is, they aren't giving a 👍🏻or👎🏻 on the requests. I am trying to figure out if this is because the government is absolutely buried in requests for religious/medical exemptions and doing its best to process them, or if this is a deliberate slow walk.

There are two important elements in this FBI/Project Veritas scandal. First, this is just the latest manifestation of the complete lack of accountability corrupt actors face in America today. The blame here lies at the feet of Republicans. We never press the advantage when we... ...are in power. E.g., Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn was mercilessly pursued for four years by the *Trump* DOJ, while Andy McCabe lied four times to various government investigations, three of which he was under oath, and all that was just shrugged off.

Last night at Hollywood Burbank Airport, a man wearing a mask with the political message “Fraud 2020” was arrested and taken from baggage claim. One of my relatives was there and watched the arrest. He said that while waiting for bags, a man wearing a “Stop Asian Hate” mask... ... pointed out a man with a “Fraud 2020” mask to three police officers. Those officers activated their bodycams, approached the “Fraud 2020”-masked man, handcuffed him, and led him away. According to my relative, the man (who was with his daughter) did not appear combative...

I was on The Morning Show with Preston Scott today—WFLA-FM, Tallahassee/Panama City—discussing my article: Pretending COVID Is An Emergency Is Killing America. The two important points are that COVID is a serious disease, but it is not an emergency... ...this isn’t like the bubonic plague. We are going to have to manage COVID for the foreseeable future, and the question becomes how do we want to manage it? Are we going to submit to the current arrangement, where we have transferred power to the executives under these...

I am a Rush Baby.

One of my earliest memories is sitting on the kitchen floor while @noreenmccann101 made lunch and Rush Limbaugh played on the radio. His show—booming with his faith in America and his optimism for her future—was the soundtrack of my formative years. Rush loved America, passionately. He understood and appreciated what a magnificent nation we are, what extraordinary freedoms we enjoy, and the bold American spirit that keeps us free. Rush personified the best of that American spirit—hard working, down-to-earth, confident and..

I like @TuckerCarlson a lot, and he has one of the best shows on television. But he sounds like a spoiled brat here. I wonder if he recalls his tepid and skeptical attitude toward Lt. General Michael Flynn in the past four years? Because I do. Sidney Powell, came to D.C. and... ...tirelessly battered at the doors of the Department of Justice for over a year, all while posh D.C. mocked her as a crazy and continued to defame a war hero. She pushed through it all. It was Sidney who finally forced the DOJ to start turning over shocking documents; she...

A lot of Republicans still don't understand why Trump won in '16 and struggle to imagine he could win in 2020. Mainstreamers like @Peggynoonannyc talk of a return to "normal." Their normal killed the GOP. Trump has formed a new party under the GOP banner.
thefederalist.com/2020/10/28/the… I believe that we are at a turning point in history. The fabric of our society is frayed. This is an article in the WSJ this morning reporting on masks mandates in the airline industry. There are a few takeaways from this, including how important it is to elect a good president. A quick thread, for those of you following the mask policies.

wsj.com/articles/airli… Resistance to masks on board is growing and the airlines and the flight attendant unions are pushing for a federal rule on masking. Note that if they got a federal rule, non-compliant passengers “could face conviction and fines.” The flight attendants want to *really* crack down.

Great article in the Telegraph arguing against "circuit-break" lockdowns that are being proposed in the UK. @AllisterHeath points are equally pertinent for the U.S. The major difference is that Americans have more defenses against lockdowns.

telegraph.co.uk/politics/2020/… Britain has no written constitution. When Parliament acts, that is constitutional law. Our written constitutions afford us rights we can point to and enforce against our government. Brits are looking at this nightmare: threat of lockdown "at the first sign of any new epidemic."

As we move into autumn, talk is growing of returning lockdowns. Europe in particular seems to be rushing toward more punishing confinements for citizens and destruction to their economies. But, there was an interesting and (unintentionally) hopeful piece in the WSJ yesterday… The article detailed the disputes among epidemiologists on whether further lockdowns will be needed. But the worry among leaders, WSJ reported, is the question, how much more will people put up with? They are worried about the national mood. I wrote about that concept in May...

From the Suprme Court to voting, the Democrats right now are experiencing the brutal swing of the pendulum on policies and problems they themselves created. Democrats politicized the Court because, as has been noted in the #ACBHearings, the Dems were unable to convince the... ...people to adopt their radical policies, so they used the courts to advance their agendas instead. And they have deliberately attempted to create chaos in the 2020 voting process to open the door to challenge the election and possibly throw it to the Court. They also have...

Please take time to read it! It is important, not just to @GenFlynn, but also for every American who believes in "justice for all" and in the longevity of our Republic.

@SidneyPowell1

THREAD During the hearing on September 29, Sidney revealed she asked the President not to pardon General Flynn. He deserves full exoneration and the American people deserve a functioning justice system. Her point here is critical to the case:

Trump won the debate last night. Biden did better than expected, although the expectation was he wouldn’t be able to string his sentences together, so... Trump really was laser focused and aggressive, which was great. And he had great facts to hit Biden with. I’d only tell Trump to dial it back to an 8.5 from a 10. He needs to be aggressive! He was debating both Biden and Wallace last night; the questions were framed for Biden; and the Left and msm tried to spin it all negative, e.g. the question about condemning “white supremacy”...
