WHAT IS EUGENICS?

Eugenics is the philosophy and social movement that argues it is possible to improve the human race and society by encouraging reproduction by people or populations with "desirable" traits - termed "positive" eugenics and discouraging reproduction by people with "undesirable" qualities - termed "negative" eugenics.

It became a popular idea in the United States in the 1920s. Here’s a thread 🧵 of some organizations in the Eugenics Movement. PLANNED PARENTHOOD

History • Founded by Margaret Sanger, who was a supporter of eugenics in the early 20th century. Sanger advocated for birth control as a means of controlling population growth and improving genetic quality.

Controversy • While modern Planned Parenthood disavows eugenics, its historical association with Sanger’s views is often debated.

UKRAINE • BIOLABS

• The Russian Defense Ministry claimed Hunter Biden was involved in financing biological labs in Ukraine.

• Igor Kirillov, head of the Russian Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Protection Force, presented documents allegedly from Ukraine and the US, seized in battles.

• Documents indicated Rosemont Seneca Partners, chaired by Hunter Biden, sponsored a military biological program in Ukraine.

• Rosemont Seneca is closely affiliated with Metabiota and Black and Veach, contractors for Pentagon biolabs globally, according to Kirillov.

• Kirillov stated the program involved the US Department of Defense, USAID, the GEORGE SOROS FOUNDATION, and the CDC.

• Research in Ukrainian biolabs was led by Los Alamos National Lab, which also develops nuclear weapons under the Manhattan Project.

• Kirillov claimed all activities were under Pentagon control.

• A document called "a registration card" mentioned 30 biolabs in 14 Ukrainian settlements developing biological weapons.

• Russia found no labs in controlled areas but was unsure about other parts of Ukraine.

• The card listed the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency as a contractor.

• Documents claimed the biolabs studied pathogens and information for developing biological weapons.

• Project UP-8 in Lviv, Kharkiv, Odessa, and Kyiv tested 4,000 servicemen for hantavirus antibodies and 400 for Congo-Crimean fever virus.

• Over 16,000 biological tests from Ukraine were transferred abroad.

• Kirillov suggested the screening aimed to select the most dangerous biological agents for certain regions.

• Documentation showed the export of tissue samples, blood serum, pathogens, and carriers abroad.

• Over 10,000 samples were sent to labs in Georgia, the UK, and Germany.

• Kirillov warned that transferring sensitive genetic information posed risks beyond Ukraine.

• Ukrainian servicemen allegedly tested the unlicensed drug Deep Drug, prohibited in the US.

• UP-2 project documents prioritized studying the anthrax causative agent.

• Biolabs employees searched for anthrax-infected animal burial sites and collected soil samples.

• Research included studying insect carriers in animal burial grounds.

• Kirillov questioned the necessity and goals of the Pentagon's anthrax research, given Ukraine's safe epidemic situation.

• Kirillov stated the US leads in biological laboratories, with at least 336 in 30 countries, according to China.

• He called for an international investigation into the true goals of US biolabs.

• On March 10, the Russian Defense Ministry claimed US-sponsored biolabs in Ukraine experimented with bat coronavirus samples.

• Russia recovered records confirming biolabs studied pathogen transmission by wild birds between Ukraine and neighboring countries.

• US Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland confirmed US-led biological research facilities in Ukraine during a Senate hearing on March 8.

• Nuland stated Kyiv and Washington are working to prevent research materials from falling into Russian hands.
