1. You walk into a Library and an evil Libraian pushing a secret agenda walks directly to you book in hand, pushing you aside and giving it to your child.😈📚

Not happening. 2. You send your kid to school and evil Teachers suggest your child adopt new pronouns while sharing copious amounts of detail on their personal lives and pointing them to the litter box corner.😈🐈‍⬛

Over the past 24 hours we have seen educators, students, parents, school board members all speaking out against these unprecedented attacks on intellectual freedom. We’ve had enough! We’re so grateful to add their voices to those of us who have been sounding the alarm bells 🔔 📚 We hope 2023 is the year that we all stand together and send this puritanical extremism back to the private sphere where it belongs. Public Schools and Public Libraries are for WE the general public-the beautifully diverse rainbow multicultural public.

Deep breath, school board meeting 📚 Updates- MSJ leadership spoke on behalf of Teachers being asked to catalog their classroom libraries in a painfully short and arbitrary timeline. District leadership indicated they will be flexible and admitted the undue burden our educators.

It festers from the immeshed overlap of fundamental religious scare indoctrination- 🧵 With it- comes an inherent view that the world and nonbelievers are evil, that we are barreling towards apocalyptic battle between good and evil forces. That the end is very near, and they believe that they are gearing up for the physical fight of their lives and their souls.😖

Well, we have heard from our sources who attended. The heavily partisan puritanical extremist group #MomsForLiberty held their sham forum last night on our public school grounds. Surprising no one, the audience was almost entirely without exception-religious white cis gendered🧵 Representing one demographic of our community. Only four candidates participated. Unsurprisingly, candidates for whom MFL has shown public support. While insisting that this was a non-partisan secular event, only one party was represented and a Christian prayer began the event ✝️
